My annual Fall Harvest Yoga4Soul Retreat is ON for Fall 2012.

Dates: October 12-14, 2012 (Friday evening through early Sunday afternoon)

Location: The Phoenix House (A gorgeous “Cabin Mansion,” as one retreat attendee put it) at the Grail at Cornwall-on-Hudson in beautiful Upstate New York. Approximately 90 minutes or less from NYC via train or car. The Grail is near the Woodbury Commons outlet malls, for all you shopaholics.

Activities and Pricing: Pricing will be all-inclusive to include any activities, all food (healthy, fresh, seasonal vegetarian fare), all fun, rejuvenating Vinyasa Yoga4Soul classes. This will be a very reasonably priced Yoga retreat. Besides enjoying classes and tasty eats prepped by trained chef Maria Nieves, we’ll spend time outdoors, weather permitting. On past retreats we’ve hiked, toured wineries and apple orchards, and enjoyed the serene grounds of the Grail Retreat Center. This time, I’m planning an outing for us to an apple orchard/farm, to pick apples, pumpkins, sip apple cider, and say hello to some cute farm animals.

Retreat rates will start at $300 per person for the entire weekend. A truly UNbeatable Yoga retreat rate!

The Early Bird Special:

ANY shared room, whether a double, triple, or a quad, is ONLY $300 per person if you book by September 21, 2012.

After September 21, rates rise (see below for details).
